* While both films were two of the biggest grossing movies of 2004 and the most talked about, they’re at the top of the list for two reasons: 1) they’re both pretty much one-note films proselytizing their own biased view of the world; and, 2) while technically brilliant, there’s just not enough substance in either film to merit intelligent discussion or insight. In other words, both films are highly overrated and seriously flawed.

It’s a good think you explained yourself for Fahrenheit and Passion…I was going to come over there and slap you. But I understand your logic. I can’t believe you put Man on Fire there…let the debates begin. Come on Andy, I know you loved it :)
